BELOW ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN PRECISELY WRITTEN AND PLACED IN EFFECT TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER AND REBEKAH’S REFLECTIONS AND DESIGNS. PLEASE READ MY TERMS & CONDITIONS IN IT’S ENTIRETY BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING FROM REBEKAH’S REFLECTIONS & DESIGNS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
Refund Policy
All designs services are uniquely curated to each individual; due to this i do not offer refunds on my services. I offer 3 FREE revisions. Any additional change is a $10 fee PER change. In any circumstance you still do not like your design I am willing to recreate your design within 3 days of sending the drafts. After the 3 day period the offer will be off the table.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. If there has been an agreed pricing between the designer and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until the project has been completed. Projects $149 & Under are required to be paid in full. For protects over $150 you have the option of paying a non-refundable deposit of at-least 50%. Unless you have purchased through my website, full payment or deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. Your project will not begin until your payment has been 100% cleared. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the design. Once the final payment is made you will be emailed your finalized files / printed items.
Drafts
Drafts of your design are solely for the purpose of approval only. Drafts will be watermarked to prevent any mishaps. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed without prior permission from me. All drafts are the property of Rebekah’s Reflections & Designs.
Turn Around Times
It is very important that your design is finished in a timely manner. Please be sure to email all information needed to rebekahsreflectionsanddesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not send your information in the required timeframe this could extend your turn around time. Turn around times are unique to each service but on average are 7-10 business days. If you need your design faster than the given turn around time you can add the rush service to your order and receive your design in 1-2 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame of any project.
Website Domains
Website domain and plan are NOT included with website development. Please purchase your plan with either Shopify, Wix , or Acuity along with your domain within 24-48 hours after purchase and email the credentials to rebekahsreflectionsanddesigns@gmail.com along with your order number.
